In general this golf course plays about to the PGA Tour averages. Average Driving Distance on Tour for an event is about 294 and Driving Accuracy is around 64%. We view these holes as slightly more difficult but not anymore noteworthy than a normal PGA Tour event. The biggest difference in performance for Top 10 finishers and the Field is Birdie or Better and Bogey Avoidance. While scrambling is similar for both groups, Approach is a huge factor. On average, the Top 10 are about 3 or 4 feet better than the Field, particularly between 150 to 210 yards. This is a wide range, but you can narrow down to just 150-175 and 175-200 for your Custom Model.
