This week's event is being player at Vidanta Vallarta for the 2nd consecutive year. Of all the courses on Tour, this might be the prototypical Bombers' track. With the Top 10 finishers averaging nearly 330 Off-The-Tee, about 35 yards above the Tour Average, we should expect more of the same. With huge greens, the GIR% was over 75% giving plenty of birdie opportunities, but the BoB% rate was only slightly above the Tour average.
Look to focus on Driving Distance, SG:OTT and SG:APP this week. The best players will avoid bogeys due to hitting so many Greens In Regulation, so scoring will be our focus. Using our Turf Splits Model, you can also see who has excelled on Paspalum in the past.
